Refund policy

At Xandoura, customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The perfume must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
